In order to render a Roblox character in Blender, you will need to follow these steps:
Download and install the latest version of Blender.
Open Blender and go to File > User Preferences.
In the Add-ons tab, search for the Import-Export: Roblox DAE (.dae) add-on.
Enable the add-on and click on the "Save User Settings" button.
