There are two ways to make glass in Blender: using the Cycles render engine, or using the new Eevee render engine.
Cycles:
Add a cube to your scene.
In the Properties window, under the Materials tab, click on the New button.
Choose the Glass BSDF from the list of available materials.
In the Cycles Settings tab, under the Surface panel, increase the Roughness value to 1.0.
Render your scene.
Eevee:
Add a cube to your scene.
In the Properties window, under the Materials tab, click on the New button.
Choose the Glass BSDF from the list of available materials.
In the Eevee Settings tab, under the Transparency panel, increase the Roughness value to 1.0.
