How to export blender video as mp4

Open Blender and go to the scene you want to render.
In the Scene tab, select the Resolution drop-down and choose your desired resolution.
In the Output tab, set the Output Format to MPEG-4 and the Video Codec to H.264.
Under the Render tab, click on the Animation button.
In the file browser that opens, choose a location to save your file and give it a name.
Click on the Render button and your video will start rendering!
