In Blender, there are two types of frame objects - those that exist in 3D space, and those that are 2D images. To create a frame object, go to the Add menu and select either "Mesh" or "Image."
If you select "Mesh," you'll be able to create a 3D frame. To do this, simply click and drag to create a rectangular shape. You can then use the various editing tools to modify the shape as you see fit.
If you select "Image," you'll be able to add a 2D image to your scene. To do this, click and drag to select an image file from your computer. The image will then be added to the center of your viewport.
Once you've added a frame object to your scene, you can use the various editing tools to modify it as you see fit. For example, you can use the Scale tool to resize the frame, or the Rotate tool to rotate it. You can also add materials to the frame, which will be covered in a later tutorial.

Q: How do you insert a keyframe?
A: There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the process of inserting a keyframe will vary depending on the software you are using. However, in general, you can insert a keyframe by selecting the frame you want to insert the keyframe at, and then clicking the "Insert Keyframe" button.
Q: Why can't I add a keyframe in Blender?
A: There are a few possible reasons for this:
The keyframe button may be hidden in the UI. To unhide it, go to the "View" menu at the top of the screen and select "Show Keyframes".
You may be in a mode that doesn't support keyframing. Keyframes can only be added in the "Object Mode" and "Pose Mode".
The object you're trying to keyframe may not be keyframable. Some objects, like lights and cameras, can't be keyframed.
You may not have any keyframable properties selected. Only properties that can be keyframed will have a keyframe button next to them.
