If you're like me, you sometimes find yourself working on a 3D model and wanting to take a closer look at the wireframe. Unfortunately, the default view in Blender only shows the wireframe on top of the shaded view, which can make it difficult to see.

Luckily, there's a simple workaround: by changing the alpha value of the wireframe, we can make it more or less transparent, making it easier to see the underlying model.

Here's how to do it:

  1. In the 3D View, go to the View menu and choose Display Settings.

  2. In the Display Settings dialog, go to the Wireframe tab.

  3. In the Wireframe tab, change the Alpha value to something lower, like 0.5.

  4. Click OK to close the dialog.

Now you should be able to see the wireframe on top of the shaded view without any problems. If you want to make the wireframe more or less transparent, simply adjust the Alpha value accordingly.

Q: How do you adjust shading in Blender?

A: There are a few ways to adjust shading in Blender. One way is to go into the "Shading" tab in the Properties editor and change the "Shading" drop-down menu to "Grow/shrink". This will change the way faces are shaded depending on their size.

Another way to adjust shading is to go into the "Shading" tab in the Properties editor and change the "Shading" drop-down menu to "Smooth". This will give a smooth shading look to your model.
