If you're working with Blender and you need to copy a pose from one side of the character to the other, there's a really easy way to do it. First, select the bones that you want to copy the pose for. Then, go into Pose Mode and select the pose that you want to copy. Finally, go to the Tools panel and click on the "Pose to Copy" button. That's it! The pose will be copied over to the other side of the character.
