If you're like me, you probably spend a lot of time selection objects in Blender. And if you're also like me, you sometimes accidentally select the wrong object, or select too many objects.
Fortunately, Blender has a handy little tool that lets you quickly clear your selection. It's called the "Clear Selection" command, and it's located in the Select menu.
To use the Clear Selection command, simply select the object or objects that you want to deselect, and then choose Select > Clear Selection from the menu. Blender will immediately deselect all of the selected objects.
So the next time you accidentally select the wrong object, or select too many objects, don't panic! Just use the Clear Selection command to quickly fix your mistake.
