If you're trying to move a vertex in Blender and it's not working, it's probably because you have the proportional editing tool turned on. Proportional editing is a great tool for making precise adjustments to your models, but it can be a little confusing if you're not used to it.
To turn off proportional editing, just hit the O key on your keyboard. Once you do that, you should be able to move vertices around without any problems.

Q: How do I move vertices in Blender?
A: There are a few ways to move vertices in Blender.
If you want to move a single vertex, you can select it and then press G to grab/move it.
If you want to move multiple vertices, you can select them and then press G to grab/move them.
If you want to move an entire object, you can select it and then press G to grab/move it.
Q: Why are my vertices not showing in Blender?
A: There could be a few reasons for this:
Make sure that you are in "Object Mode" and not "Edit Mode". In "Edit Mode", you will only see the vertices of the selected object.
If you are in "Object Mode" and you still don't see the vertices, it could be because the "Display" settings for the object are set to "Wireframe" or "Bounding Box". To change this, go to the "Object" tab in the "Properties" panel and change the "Display" setting to "Solid".
Another possibility is that the vertices are too small to see. To fix this, go to the "Object" tab in the "Properties" panel and under the "Geometry" section, increase the "Vertices" setting.
Q: How do you unlink vertices in Blender?
A: In Edit Mode, select the vertices you want to unlink.
Press P to bring up the menu, and select "Unlink Selection" from the menu.
